Master the basics of how to use Salesorder and set up your system to practice common order-to-cash workflows in Step 2.

Master purchasing stock and order to cash core workflows.

Optional lessons: Trade Acceleration Portal, Warehouse Management System.

Our Solutions Team and an assigned Project Manager will work with you in a two-hour¹ session to:

Review what you’ve learned and answer your questions.
Provide any additional training (Self-paced or with a Specialist).
Envision your solution.
Address gaps² in requirements.
Create a scope of work (if required).
Determine your data migration options and strategy.
Agree and document a Solution Plan³, including a timeline to complete your evaluation.
Agree on a tentative Go Live date.

This can be two separate one-hour calls.
This consists of add-on integrations, e.g. EDI, Payment processors, etc, and new Plugins* or changes to the core Salesorder system.
The Solution Plan will contain a list of tasks encompassing Step 3 and Step 4.

In this step, we’ll work with you to create a system that:

If you’re coming from (or via¹), Quickbooks Desktop contains a snapshot of your historical standing ASIC² data and transactional data.
If you’re coming from a system that cannot use the above route, we’ll work with you to implement the data migration strategy determined in Step 3.
Is configured to run your core workflows.

You can use this system to:

Simulate and test your live operations.
Train users.

We will clone this system for you to use as a sandbox (practice system).

^{(1) There are 3rd party vendor tools to migrate data from apps to Quickbooks Desktop. We have built a tool to migrate data from Quickbooks Desktop to Salesorder.
